Why am i not getting government subsidy when l buy credit?
Please be informed the Covid-19 electricity relief is for all customers of ECG, be it prepaid or
postpaid. It took effect from the 1st of May, 2020.
The relief is based on your total consumption for the month of March.
If you have not received the relief, kindly see the customer relations at your district office for further
assistance.
