I have realised that most new metres fixed, takes a long time before receiving bill, some take as far as 5years before receiving cumulative bill, and this poses financial hardship for whoever is to pay.

Sometimes if the house was given for rent, by the time the bill comes, some tenant might have left.

I suggest after the first month of fixing the meter and in use, please create a temporal account for voluntary customers to pay Any amount small small until the real bill comes.

I think by doing this will help accrue money to support the running of ECG.
