I am using the smart prepaid meter and anytime I buy credit,  I don't get the COVID-19 Relief. First I bought from a vendor and second from the ECG App and still the amount I bought is what came. No addition. This month alone I bought credit two times. Please help me to also enjoy the COVID-19 Relief.
