Non functioning Remote control
Anytime I switch on my remote, it displays "electricity connecting" and then goes off. If I try to enter my token " No Response" shows. I have replaced my batteries with new one but still same. Thanks

COVID-19 Electricity Relief
I am using the smart prepaid meter and anytime I buy credit, I don't get the COVID-19 Relief. First I bought from a vendor and second from the ECG App and still the amount I bought is what came. No addition. This month alone I bought credit two times. Please help me to also enjoy the COVID-19 Relief. Thank you
Downloading Option for Payment History
Adding an option to download payment history in spreadsheet or pdf format wouldn't be a bad idea at all. It will go a long way to help people download for other stuffs.

I have never visited ECG Vendor ever since my Prepaid Meter was installed. Thanks to the ECG App! Is it possible to add an external link to the various contacts section of the App, thus a link which takes you to say Facebook when you click on it.

I recently downloaded the app for my office's smart prepaid but whenever I try adding the account number I keep getting server error.
ECG Mobile App Notification
Regarding notification that one received in the App after recharged, though I received my COVID 19 electricity relief after recharged together with the recharge amount, I was unable to see the exact amount. I had to do my own calculation to arrived at amount as my relief. Where in the App can I see my relief amount because I am a Prepaid customer and I buy credit through the App.
